One World Strength & Conditioning Youth Summer Camp will cover a wide variety of fundamental skills during each day of programming. The camp will focus on building speed, power and strength. The 6-week camp offers a great balance of instruction, competition, hard work, and fun!
No previous experience is required to attend the camp. The program is open to all youth interested in improving their skill level, building team comradery and sports preparation.
